Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each person may register only one account on9700. Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and current.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to 9700 support immediately. You are personally liable for all activity carried out through your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating an account through fraudulent or deceptive means
- Misusing bonus or promotional offers
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
- Collecting other users' information or causing them harm
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on 9700 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
A minimum deposit amount applies and must be observed at the time of depositing. Once a deposit is successfully processed, the funds will be credited to your account balance. Deposits are non-refundable; however, in exceptional circumstances you may contact our support team.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process. Large withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. 9700 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and may temporarily suspend an account if necessary.

Account Suspension, Closure & Consequences of Violations
9700 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated
- If evidence of fraudulent activity or deception is found
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
- If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected
- Disrupting the security or operation of the platform
Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be refunded; however, all bonuses may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
Governing Law, Changes to Terms & Contact
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
9700 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via an in-account message or a notice posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
